Admission Steps

Collect the prescribed application form from the front desk (Reception) or Admission office of the Khwaja Yunus Ali University (KYAU), Enayetpur, Sirajgonj or from our Head Office located at the ‘Khwaja Enayetpuri Tower’, 17, Green Road, Dhaka and fill it up properly as specified therein. The application form is also available in our website Submit the application form to our admission office along with Taka 300/- or a bank draft of equivalent amount as well as your academic documents. The documents to be attached as directed overleaf of the application form.

We review all the applications for admission. Incomplete applications will not be entertained for evaluation. After reviewing, all the eligible candidates will be notified by our admission office for admission. In some cases, admission test may be taken to make sure the students’ programme specific competencies.
Selected candidates will then be required to collect the ‘Registration Request Form’ (RRF) from the respective Heads of the Departments in which s/he wants to get enrolled. Departmental Heads will assign the appropriate semester, required courses and credit numbers to those candidates.

Candidates need to collect the ‘pay-in-slip’ from the admission office by submitting the RRF form. The Slip has 4 parts: two for office copy, one for Bank copy and the remaining one is for the student. The ‘pay-in-slip’ should be appropriately filled in for submission to the admission office. Our concerned officials will mention the amount relating to the fees of admission, tuition, libraries, computer lab, laboratory, etc.

The ‘pay-in-slip’ duly filled in by the student concerned will be accompanied by an office staff to the Trust Bank, KYAMCH Branch to deposit the money. The Bank is situated in the same campus. On payment of the fees, the payment slips returned by the bank should again be submitted to the admission office again. The student will then receive a copy from the admission office confirming enrollment of the student (s) to her/his desired programme. On completion of the enrollment, students are required to contact the respective academic advisors.
